Vaccinations are by appointment only — please follow the instructions below to schedule your appointment. Please bring your ID and any form of insurance (medical, pharmacy, Medicare card) you may have to your appointment.
COVID-19 VACCINATION
COVID-19 Vaccine Update (1/19/23): We have doses of the Pfizer (12+) and Moderna (18+) bivalent booster. If you previously received Pfizer, Moderna, Janssen, or Novavax for your primary series, you can get either booster.
All appointments for COVID-19 vaccine boosters will receive the bivalent vaccine. We are no longer administering Pfizer or Moderna primary series vaccines. Please complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Consent Form prior to your appointment.

FLU VACCINATION
Flu Vaccine Update (4/28/23): We have exhausted our supply of the 2022-2023 Flu vaccine. Flu vaccine will not be available until Fall 2023.

Other Immunizations
When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. Our pharmacists are trained and knowledgeable on a variety of immunizations. We will educate on and administer the following:
- Human Papillomavirus, HPV (Gardasil®)
- Hepatitis A (Havrix®)
- Hepatitis B (Engerix-B®)
- Influenza (Fluarix®, Fluad Adjuvanted, FlucelVax (Egg-free); Quadrivalent)
- Meningitis (Menactra®)
- Pneumonia (Pneumovax 20 ®, Pneumovax 23®, Prevnar 13®)
- Polio (IPOL®)
- Shingles (Shingrix®)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Adacel® or Boostrix®)
